Work with clients to better manage their Real Estate portfolios. Implement processes to maximize efficiencies. Provide best practices to maximize ROI. Fluent in both French and English.

Responsibilities for Management Consultant

• Develop research and data collection to understand the organizations business model

• Interview the clients employees, management team and other stakeholders to understand process flows

• Identify and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives

• Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out

• Lead and manage those within the team, including analysts

• Manage projects and programs

• Conduct focus groups and facilitate workshops

• Effectively prepare business proposals and presentations

• Gather and Organize information to understand pain points of a client and develop strategies to make those processes more efficient

• Design and Implement a proper change management process flow

• Review current software assets and make recommendations based on business model of the organization

• Review policy and procedures and work with the management time to update and implement changes

• Implement a system of record so all records are in a centralized location

• Work with the management team on implementing better metrics to analyze a potential product in order to set better pricing targets to maximize ROI

• Work with management team to understand risk tolerance and put policies in place to add risk premium should a project exceed those risk tolerances
